[Amps] Question: Ship Vacuum Variables at minimum or maximum?

I would toss in, neither. If anything go to fully min or max
and then back off a couple of turns.

Also consider buying a double or triple wall corrugated box,
if I was the buyer I would be glad to pay the cost.
