[Amps] AL-80B trouble

The first place Id look is the output bandswitch contacts. Check 
continuity from the pi net side of the plate blocking cap to the Load 
cap.

Since there are no input relays, very little goes wrong there but its 
the next place to check with the Ohmeter.
