I don't, but it's very very similar to K5AM's circuit in the article 
he referenced:

I think I used an LM311 comparator and a PN2222A transistor because 
I have a lifetime supply of both and they were adequate for the 
application.

I am now in the process of drafting schematics for all the stuff 
I've built over the years. This could take a while! Should have done 
it as I went, of course, but I tend to move from one project to 
another too fast to finish the paperwork.
