Shorted and open resonant stubs to reduce even and odd harmonics. Same 
concept used on multi multi HF contest stations. I use a whole mess of coax 
stubs here on my monoband antennas since a LPF has no effect in harmonics at 
10M and below and I often have 2 rigs running.
