[Amps] Bird 43 Meter Repair Query

I've used clear silicone - sparingly.  It remains
flexible to allow the meter case and glass to
expand differently with temperature changes.
There's also a "flowable" silicone for windshield repair
that does a good job of working its way into
small spaces.
