[Amps] Query about capacitor value

Ultimately, it it worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Stick it 
on eBay and see what it fetches.


Not knowing its specs is likely to devalue it quite a bit. It's probably 
not too useful as a 50/60 Hz unit with high ripple. But who knows.
