[Amps] 3-500Z heater voltage reduction

Just coil up some #10 magnet wire and put in series with the xfmr end of the 
filament choke, it wont take much. #12 will get pretty warm and can be used 
if there is air flow. You dont want to use copper wire that the temperate 
keeps going up.
