Not only was the original cost 37 cents but the last page in the magazine was page 73.  Of course Wayne conveniently didn't have a page 72 in the magazine.

However, I find it interesting that the cover price of that first issue, 37 cents, is less than the cost of a first class stamp today. Your  money did go further in those days!
