[Amps] Experience or design with IXYS RF Mosfets?

  In the search for a solid state amplifier for 2m I found the IXYS RF 
IXZ215N12L with almost the same specs as f.i. a BLF278, only with a 
price of 20% of the BLF278.

Looking for experience with these transistors?
Anyone used them in an amp?
Anyone seen a design with these?
