[Amps] Derating Dry Loads

I remember Ford having a torque spec on their aluminum head engines in the 80's that read " Tighten the head bolt to XX ft lbs, then turn the bolt an additional 1/4 turn."

For those that don't get it, a few did, once you feel the torque drop the bolt has already reached its limit and is broken.
Once you see the SWR go up it is most likely too late.

  Well crap, that explains a lot, it is just "before" they snap!

   ...    Just like tightening head bolts on a V8. You torque the bolts until
  just before you fill them give and they snap.
