[Amps] Replacement tube for 4-1000a

Look at http://www.nd2x.net/base-1.html and scroll to the bottom and 
hit the "tube prep" button.

Alternatively, just mount the tube socket in a box and poke a blower 
in the side and mount the filament tranny in there. Plug in the tube 
and let it run on filament and fan for a week and she'll be nicely 
cooked. I've done GU84, GI7B, GS35B and FU728F tubes like this. 
Currently I'm cooking a pair of GU74B's.
