[Amps] You maybe running too much power when...

The Electric Utility Company phones you and asks you run barefoot during
peak hours today so they don't have to have service brown outs in town!

Your electric meter sounds like a 737 spooling up for take off when you key
down!
When it does, the dog goes and hides from the hi pitched whistling sound!

Your home has a 200amp 230 service but your "shack" has a 200amp 3 phase 480
service: and you are thinking it might need a second line!

There is a shed attached to your shack with a separate 4 ton AC unit just to
house the Plate transformer and filter!

You have extra Nitrogen Gas bottles delivered to the house just before the
CQ WW contest so you can max out the amp!

When you had the house stucco'ed you first had 1/2" copper mesh installed
instead of chicken wire, all the seams were silver soldered and then
grounded plus all the doors are metal and the windows made of leaded glass!
Just for safety. Those pesky power limits won't apply to you after that!
Isn't that why you moved out in the country in the first place?
Remember: Safety First!

Tubes with handles? Yeah, as the drivers maybe!

When you change finals, you need an engine puller and an impact wrench!

For you mobile QRO ops...
Your idea of a "Corona Ball" is a brass toilet float!
You have to run 7/8 hard line to feed the antenna; mobile!
You have "leaded safety glass with ground straps" installed just to keep
your eyes and other parts safe from RF!
Your trunk lid, hood and all doors have finger stock instead of rubber
gaskets!
Your "Full width mud flap" is actually a copper/Kevlar grounding brush!
You use Phyllistran to guy your mobile antenna!
300Hp for the truck, 500Hp to drive the generators! The truck gets better
mileage than the generator, unless you are QRT.

"Drive in" anything is a thing of the past, as is calling that rare one
while at the outdoor movies. You know what happened the last time you tried
that!

You have set fire to at least one tree while mobile in motion!

Anybody got some more? ;>)
