Per my previous posting (see below), I've since learned that the issue that
I'm interested in is the DECEMBER 1985 one.

"CQ" magazine, i.e. "The Silver City Kilowatt", by the venerable Lew McCoy
(W1ICP)...

If anyone can scan that article for me, I sure would appreciate it...
