Intersting thread.  If you go to http://www.svetlana-tubes.com/ and 
look at the site, they indicate the following ceramic tubes:

3CX400A7
3CX800A7
3CPX800A7
4CX250B
4CX250R
4CX350A
4CX400A
4CX800A
4CX1500A
4CX1600B
4X150A
5CX1500A
8560AS

Whether they are still producing them or not I don't know but it seems 
to imply they do.  For the heck of it I also looked at the glass tubes 
and they no longer list the 572B there anymore.
