[Amps] 120 cps Hum to CT Transformer

Somewhere in the 120 hum thread there was a comment about center tapped 
transformers, what reminds me to ask.

What are the thoughts on using a CT transformer with a FWB?
Thin CT insulation or not?
Let the CT float or do something with it?

A 210 lb UTC309, 7000v CT is a shame to waste.
