[Amps] 120 cps Hum to CT Transformer

The big hazzard using a ct trnsformer in FWB is that the ct may not be 
designed to be above ground potential.
Sometimes UTC printed a spec on breakdown voltage on the case or in the 
catalog.
Of course you realize this good advice comes to you from someone who started 
out in HR using two tv power transformers (not identical btw) in series to a 
FWB
Just be careful!
