[Amps] Unknown amp

Ok .. lets revisit this thing again ... 
with a new question ... 
http://www.flickr.com/photos/kc7noa/3261632257/ this is the input and im thinking that its a coaxial input ... and with that thought is it normally done with 1/4Wave sections?
 ..IE im thinking that measuring the length will get me close to the operating frequency of this amp ....
