[Amps] setting bias in Alpha 91b

Yeah, i know where it was built as i have planned back in 90's to buy it!

Well, in 2007 i bought it in US.
Thomas OZ1JTE, helps me with lot of files containing EBS, BIAS, general 
maintanenace
procedures...and so on...

I am surprised that i have not had any response from Alpha...yet...
