[Amps] Plate load impedence

Just recently there was a thread concerning the multiplication factor for calculating plate load impedence.

There was one post that indicated that the multiplication factor changed relative to class of operation.

1.8 was mentioned for class AB1 (if I remember correctly), but what would the factor be for AB2, B and C?
