[Amps] 4CX1600B/GU91B

Many people are looking for this tube. I dare say that there are 
plenty of them stashed away for rainy days but there are none for 
sale anywhere.

I have a good one in my amplifier. It will become available in the 
next few months as I will transplant a FU728F into the deck.
