[Amps] Transformer ?

Boy that takes one back a few years. Another one used by PUD's in Eastern 
Washington was the corner grounded delta. Since one leg was grounded the 
fuse in that leg was replaced by a length of copper tubing. One doesa not 
want to fuse a grounded conductor.
