[Amps] More parasitic choke questions

Its been a long time since Ive seen or heard of a poorly designed commercial 
suppressor burn up. Real amplifier engineers have understood the subject for 
decades.  The problem seems to continuously confound a few others, 
particularly recently, on this forum.
