[Amps] Capacitor identification

Sounds like passive plus to me, they are the only ones I know of using that
for id.  They are also known for making radio and microwave components, so
it makes sense there.

I typed in passiveplus.com and it was a valid site-- not sure if that was
just a retailer or not though since I am almost certain they are a Japanese
company-- but either way they had data sheets and that might help you out.

If that's not it, pop off a picture if you can, often the smallest little
smudges are logos identifying the manufacturer, but i think that one is it
for you there.
