Wrong company or they didn't search far enough.  It'll take a bit of 
digging, but I found some similar in Mouser, page 1769 for around $40.  
I'd bet there are even some similar to the ones originally mentioned if 
you dig far enough.  There's lots of demand for industrial time delays. 
We used them by the hundreds, but went for the higher priced ones.
