Generic 3PDT 12VDC relays are well under $10 at Mouser, etc.

  I don't know, but I'll find out.  If it is an older AL80A or Al-82,1200,1500 I have a relay.  If it is newer perhaps not. I'll try to help the guy if I can.  Maybe I should have said MAYBE I have a relay for you. :-)
