[Amps] Clipperton-L parasitic suppressors

The existing units are about 0.25 inches (maybe 0.3125) on center from the 
tube envelope.
I am not sure how hot the tube envelope gets offhand but it can't be that 
good for the resistor.
I bought the amp probably about 1984 so heat fatigue is probably the cause 
(too many
contests I guess). There is about 2 inches center to center vertically 
between the suppressors
so anything added will have to be in the vertical plane. Trying to get new 
parts in will be
interesting for the bottom units.
