[Amps] MRF-140 Matched Pair Required?

I have an Icom IC-775 with MRF-140 finals. And JUST ONE of them is bad.
There are seperate bias controls on each one. Should I replace both of
them?  Anyone have one or two they want to sell?  Used is fine.
