[Amps] LK500ZB (2 x 3-500Z), most likely cause of zap/arc?

Well, I was looking at the plate current meter when it happened but my
impression was that it was around the top of the tube compartment, possibly
arcing from the plates to the cabinet or thereabouts. Next time I sacrifice
another resistor I'll get someone else to watch while I tune up.
