It is analogous to nothing! One is an antenna and the other is a chassis
that we were talking about. Very different things going on there. And no,
the current still doesn't flow thru the antenna disks as you would like to
believe.

How is it that you say you believe skin effect exists and still insist that
RF current can flow thru a surface by some other means?

How about addressing the chassis rather than trying to divert the discussion
to something else.

Why do you think that w8JI's experiment shows that RF current doesn't pass
thru the sheet? 

Why do you think RF does not pass thru a screen room wall. You can connect
whatever you like to one side and it still will not pass thru to the other
side.
