If that's the case, this is a very, very special diode assembly intended
for use at very high temperatures.  Picoamp leakage diodes are special
items...very high resistivity, very clean die edges, very well sealed.
Semtech used to make a variety of products for "down hole" (well
drilling probe) applications where the ambient was 150 degrees C; for a
rectifier to be able to block any voltage at all at that temperature,
its ambient leakage current had to be just about "nothing," and much
lower than a standard rectifier.  -WB2WIK/6

1 pA leakage current specification (at 480 volts)
