[Amps] Commander Hf2500E

Have you checked the output power on another meter seperate from the one 
in the HF2500E?
If every thing looks OK with the exception of the output power there's a 
good chance the problem lies with the sampling network.  OTOH a 
discolored tube doesn't sound good.  Discolored, how?
