Without being stolen?? What are the odds on that Paul?  (-;

Id say slim to none these days once it leaves the USA.

Some of my customers have been very creative when Ive shipped amps, yagis, 
and other big stuff via air or sea freight. Amps with ceramic tubes have 
gone as "Active Antenna Tuners" with the PS components shipped as an 
inductor on the next flight/ship and received much lower duty for example.

Other times a consolidator is tasked to pack an item inside another with no 
paper work. 8877's in a refrigerator for instance....just part of the 
compressor of course(-;  Many customers have Miami addresses and shipping 
connections.
Repair parts to some countries are taxed less, there are several ways to 
repackage an amp.......
