[Amps] Circuit Boards

I have a project that I would like to get some circuit boards built for a
TL-922 QSK project. The board would have about 20-25 componets on it. I have
a hand drawn schematic.

I have downloaded some free schematic and board layout programs but the
learning curve is pretty steep.
Would anyone on the list want to do this for me? Or reccomend an EASY
program for Windows?
