The Heath Company was "broken up" and one division, which is still in the Benton Harbor, Michigan, area, took the Heathkit name, all copyrights, etc.  That company is still in business.

It is hard to keep track of companies today. Heath  was sold many years ago, Zenith, and who knows where from there. I am sure Zenith was acquired by some other company and so on. Look what happened to RCA.
