With all due respect... BALONEY!

That's the same logic used by "poor" college students to justify
stealing music over the internet.

I'd be willing to bet most if not all the members of this reflector
have at least low to mid four figures worth of amateur radio equipment.
I'd be willing to bet a significant percentage have five figures worth
of equipment, towers and antennas, and that an even smaller minority
have spent five figures on ONE radio!

Grousing about paying the legal copy write holder $40 for a manual to
the rig they more than likely just spent 10x that amount on at a
Hamfest or flea market is ridiculous.
