That amplifier is presented in the   2006   ARRL Handbook
on page 18.29 (as well as the front cover).   The schematic
is on page 18.30 and the parts list on 18.31.

That parts list shows "LDGTuner" as "Modified AT-100Pro
Autotuner" with a link: www.LDGelectronics.com
