[Amps] AL-1200 Problem

I had not turned on the Amp since the end of the 160 season last 
Spring.
Now if I turn it on and hit the Operate switch, the T/R relay closes.
It seems to me that I lost something on the Meter Board ??

Any ideas before I tear into it ?
