Study my tutorial, previously cited.  There are good uses for #43 if it 
is used properly (that is, with a sufficient number of turns to match 
the operating frequency).

One of the great virtues of Fair-Rite products is that they are VERY 
well documented -- that is, their product data sheets tell you enough 
about them to understand what they do in your application. Other 
companies make products equivalent to #43, but their data sheets don't 
tell you much, I don't know of any other companies that make anything 
like #31.

Unfortunately, Fair-Rite products are difficult to buy in some 
countries, especially the UK.  There is an extensive list of world-wide 
distributors on their website. Google to find it.  A partial list of 
good US sources is listed in Appendix One of my tutorial.
