[Amps] Motorola RF transistor question

The transistors are from a 2-30 Mhz SSB radio by Motorola.  No idea of the ‎model # though.‎

  Probably not.

  The M9xxx parts are typically found in VHF & UHF radios; the '454 is an HF part.
