Okay, think of it this way.  If it can Truly hold together at 1500 Key 
Down any band no time limit then it can almost certainly run 
considerably more power intermittently.    If you build something that 
can make JUST 1.5KW and no more then at 1.5KW something is at the limit, 
the tube or power supply.
