I'm not convinced that a sellers market would cause rude behavior either.

I had the same results when submitting a query about shipping.

He replied with name calling and using language that I will not repeat here.

I'm sure they have very high quality and reasonably priced parts but....

There is no call for this kind of behavior in the current business market.
