Spec:

Output range: 0-12KV DC.
Output 1: metered 0-100uA at 12KV
Output 2: unmetered 0,05A at 12KV hig current output for removing
whiskers etc in vacuum capacitors
Transformer: eBay neon sign trafo 700 KVA, center tapped. Isolated from chassis
Voltage control: Variac controlled
Insulation: nylon isolated 10mm outside chassis
DUT test plate: isolated 10mm nylon
