My first attempt at liquid cooling used a plate chiller from a beer 
system (stainless steel tube embedded in an aluminum block).  The second 
attempt used a machined aluminum block  (cross drilled and plugged).

The hopefully last version is a foundry cast cooling block with 3/8 
stainless tubing and enough depth to machine to match a FreeScale 50V 
LDMOS and prototype board.   (power supply is a -48v / 100 A telco 
rectifier and a  48V motor and pump head)
