[Amps] THP Band Data Interface

The Tokyo Hy-Power HL-1.5KFx and HL-2.5KFx amps don't buffer their band data 
inputs.  This reults in both amplifiers loading down transceiver band data 
outputs when the amplifiers are off, so other external band decoders or 
switches may not operate properly.  I've built some relatively simple band 
data buffers that solve this problem.  Info is in the "Articles - Amplifier
