[Amps] Cetron 811a.

The US built 811's usually dont need any special handling but Id still be 
sure to have a glitch resistor in the HV, the cover off and one hand on the 
power switch as no tube is impervious to gas arcs. However 1988 isnt that 
old and Cetron built excellent tubes.
