[Amps] Ebay selling CB amps

Didn't the FCC rescind that old standing rule against (potential) Ham-cum-CB
amplifiers some time ago...?

I know that several years ago eBay USED to de-list any & all auctions that
featured so-called "bandit" amplifiers---but they sure seem to be in
plentiful supply therein anymore, so I'm wondering myself if they're
obligated to police such things now...
