[Amps] resistors for hi-pot tester

Putting together a hi-pot tester and having trouble locating  high value
resistors of suitable wattage and voltage rating.

 

A few websites recommend ECG/Philips spiral-wound resistors for this
application, yet this turns up nothing on web searches.

 

Looking for 15M/2w,  22M/5w, or suitable series combinations to avoid
putting several dozen or more in series.
