[Amps] plate collet???

For the 3CX800 its actually a stainless ring that fits over the tube with a 
push and lock in place arrangement. It has 3 L legs with screw holes welded 
to it that anchor to the matching chimney.

Both parts are complicated and pricey like all things Eimac.

Other collets for various tube can be a simple fingerstock ring or more 
elaborate Rube Goldberg affairs from the geniuses at Eimac.
