[Amps] Greetings and Question: what fuse do I use for theClipperton L (and where do I get them)?

Should work just fine. Even a 15 amp is all that is needed for testing. 
Remember, there is a circuit breaker in your electrical panel too. In other 
words, it's not rocket science. And yes, lower amperage for higher voltage.
