[Amps] Restoring DX-100

   My DX-100 (with no more than 120 Volts ac coming in) I had 900 Volts on the plates, with every 
Volt meter that I could find, I know it's not suppose to be that high but is was.
375 unmodulated Watts is not all that much. ???  Ill find out more in a few months. (new meters)
